Lite Tier Overage

If you exceed 10 documents in a month on the Lite plan, you can purchase additional documents in bundles of 3 for $12. These overage purchases never expire - use them whenever you need extra capacity.

What Happens if Payment Fails?

If your payment method fails, you enter a 3-day grace period. During this time, you retain full access to your subscription features while we attempt to process payment.

During the Grace Period (Days 1-3)

• Full access to all your subscription features
• We'll email you to update your payment method
• Payment is retried automatically

After Lapse (Day 4+)

• Account reverts to Guest tier features
• Exports will be watermarked
• AI detection unavailable
• Any unused overage documents are preserved (not lost)

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment method. When you reactivate:

• Full access is immediately restored
• Any preserved overage documents become available again
• Your billing cycle restarts from the reactivation date

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your account reverts to Guest tier after the period ends
